Kari Sundstrom, LCSW

Kari is passionate in helping people along their journey of personal transformation. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been practicing in the East Bay since 2000. Kari earned her Masters in Social Work from Boston College.
Kari has been working with neurodiverse young people in her school based practice. When she discovered NeurOptimal® neurofeedback in 2015 she knew it was the added ingredient to help clients evolve into their best selves and embody the changes they so deeply want to make. Kari has repeatedly witnessed clients better access the coping strategies they were working on in psychotherapy and live in more self directed ways through augmentation with brain training. NeurOptimal® is training – not treatment. It is the tool to help clients over the hurdle from knowing to doing.
